In order to guide our citizens experiencing similar problems, solutions to the problems can be published on our website anonymously, with the names of the individuals and all open details about the incident hidden.
Our Ethics and Authority Limits:
TR2UK provides guidance services within ethical and legal boundaries.
This doesn't apply to matters requiring special authorisation, such as Benefits, HMRC (tax, finance) or UKVI (visa processing). In such cases, you can contact Citizens Advice centres for free support: www.citizensadvice.org.uk
